February 8 Sunday Workout Announcement

There will be a LAC meet on Sunday February 8 at the CGAC pool and we have opted to share the pool during our workout time. LSD practice will be in the shallow end as usual for Sunday morning workouts while LAC conducts the meet in the deep end.
