Leave your thoughtsAt our summer Awards banquet, Charlie won the Coach’s Award. At Provincials, Charlie set team records in the 50, 100 and 200 free! The Chuck Grace Spirit Award (AKA the HERO Award) was shared by Virginia and Bryan. Virginia competed n her 20th consecutive Nationals in May after shattering her femur in February! She swam 6 events, including 1500 and 800 and placed on the podium. Bryan won the 50 breast, bronzed the 1500 and swam and medalled in multiple other events. Outdoor Season Begins!
Leave your thoughtsOur outdoor season at the 50m Thames pool begins Monday, May 27th at 6 PM and continues twice weekly (Mondays and Thursdays) until June 27th. New swimmers are welcome. The cost is $60. New swimmers must register online for MSO (Masters Swimming Ontario) registration and insurance. The club will cover that $10 cost. Online registration is easy. You will need your OHIP health card. Payment made be made online with Paypal or on deck at your first swim (cash or cheque). Hope to see you and the sunshine! Register here
