Weekend workout reminder

Friday, February 6, 2015This is a reminder that there is no practice on Saturday (Feb 7).  There is practice on Sunday (Feb 8) at CGAC from 8:30-9:30 am.  There will be a swim meet going on in the deep end, so the parking lot will likely be crowded.

February 8 Sunday Workout Announcement

Tuesday, January 27, 2015There will be a LAC meet on Sunday February 8 at the CGAC pool and we have opted to share the pool during our workout time. LSD practice will be in the shallow end as usual for Sunday morning workouts while LAC conducts the meet in the deep end.
